Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in mortgage documentation? EMAPTA is looking for a skilled Final Documents Administrator to support a leading U.S. mortgage lender. In this role, you will be the backbone of our post-closing operations, ensuring that final loan packages are accurate, compliant, and delivered to investors on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of final mortgage documentation to ensure compliance with investor requirements.
- Perform accurate data entry and updates within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Execute timely delivery of loan packages to secondary market investors.
- Conduct rigorous audits of closed loan files to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Perform proactive follow-ups with title companies, county recorders, and internal departments to resolve outstanding document issues.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure all sensitive financial data is handled with strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline post-closing document workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan processing, or banking administration.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage documents (Notes, Deeds of Trust, Closing Disclosures).
- Proven experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and document management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex legal or financial documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Makati.
