Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize financial resources
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor expenses
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
