Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyze financial data trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
- Monitor departmental budgets against actual expenditures and provide variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with organizational objectives
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory financial statements and compliance documentation
- Support investment evaluation and capital expenditure proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of financial analysis or budgeting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in healthcare financial management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
