We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Controller to lead the financial operations of our organization in Jakarta Raya. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial management lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a dedicated finance team, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and tax compliance. You will ensure the integrity of financial data, drive process improvements, and provide actionable financial insights to support key business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex regulatory requirements and optimizing financial performance. You will lead the annual budgeting process, conduct financial analysis for new initiatives, and present reports to the board of directors.
The ideal candidate is a qualified finance professional with a strong track record in controlling, deep knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, and a comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and Tax Audit). You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team. Proficiency in ERP systems is essential.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/PSAK.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Establish and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and VAT.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax audits, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or controller role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and IFRS.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPh, PPN, Tax Audit, etc.).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
