We're seeking a dynamic Finance Executive to drive financial strategy during a critical 12-month contract period. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for MariBank operations
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, treasury operations, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (MAS, Basel III) and internal controls
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial audits
- Optimize financial processes through automation and technology solutions
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
- 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in banking/fintech leadership
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital banking operations and payment ecosystems
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
