PT Bintang Inter Global, a leading player in the integrated trading and services sector, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this critical role, you will safeguard the company's financial health, driving efficiency and growth through meticulous financial management and strategic insights.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will take full ownership of the finance and accounting functions. This includes managing day-to-day operations (AP, AR, GL), optimizing cash flow with rigorous treasury management, ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements (PSAK & Indonesian tax laws), and leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles. You will be the key financial partner to the leadership team, providing analysis that shapes and drives business strategy forward.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
- Manage corporate cash flow and liquidity by monitoring cash balances, forecasting needs, and optimizing working capital.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with PSAK.
- Develop and implement robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis, budgets, and rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven ability to manage full-set accounting and cash flow operations in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and hands-on attitude.
