Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow positions and manage liquidity to ensure operational continuity.
- Implement and maintain robust financial internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Analyze operational costs and lead initiatives to improve financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions to manage corporate financial relations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to department heads to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash flow and improve operational margins.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a leadership capacity and mentor junior finance team members.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
