Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and control processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage comprehensive tax planning and compliance activities, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant levies in Indonesia.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring all required documentation and information are provided efficiently.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital to optimize financial efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including regional management, investors, and business partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Native or professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations, along with experience in IFRS.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control implementation.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
