Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and filing of statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end tax audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal control processes.
- Support the finance leadership team in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulatory requirements to ensure 100% organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial auditing, tax compliance, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
