Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, statutory requirements, and external audit processes.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a Financial Controller or similar senior leadership role, preferably within the property development or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is highly advantageous for international reporting and communication.
