Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to identify suitable insurance and investment solutions.
- Provide expert advice on wealth protection, health coverage, and retirement planning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Organize and facilitate financial wellness seminars and client prospecting activities.
- Prepare accurate proposals and documentation in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge on market trends, financial products, and economic shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- A proven track record in sales or client-facing roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates with high potential are welcome.
- Residency in or near Mapandan, Pangasinan is preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
