Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients to expand the local market presence.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to understand client goals and risk appetite.
- Present customized insurance and investment solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and exceptional service.
- Provide expert advice on retirement planning, education funding, and wealth protection.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets through proactive lead management.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on financial market trends and AXA product lines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse client segments and influence decision-making.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to hit performance-based incentives.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Willingness to work within the Urbiztondo, Pangasinan area.
