- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with strategic goals
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Partner with operational departments to drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations highlighting key business drivers
- Lead annual planning cycles and continuous forecasting processes
- Monitor financial KPIs and identify opportunities for performance enhancement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with demonstrated business partnering background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CPA/CMA designation or MBA preferred
