Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, hydrants, sprinklers, and gas suppression systems.
- Diagnose and perform corrective repairs on malfunctioning fire protection equipment to ensure 100% uptime.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and commissioning in accordance with local and international fire safety standards.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports and maintenance logs for client documentation.
- Liaise with clients to provide technical recommendations and explain system status clearly.
- Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols during all on-site activities.
- Manage technical inventory and ensure all tools are calibrated and in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in fire protection systems or a related technical maintenance field.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with NFPA standards and Indonesian National Standards (SNI) regarding fire safety.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and handheld testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and be willing to travel within the Jakarta area.
- Disciplined, honest, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
