Huayou International Mining is currently seeking a vigilant and professional Fire Safety Officer to join our dynamic operations in Weda Tengah, Maluku Utara. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our chemical manufacturing and mining facilities adhere to the highest standards of fire prevention, protection, and emergency response.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety management systems across all site departments.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards in chemical storage and processing areas.
- Lead and train the emergency response team (ERT) on fire suppression techniques and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain and ensure the readiness of all fire protection systems, including hydrants, fire extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.
- Investigate fire incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and actionable corrective measures.
- Collaborate with local authorities and external agencies to ensure compliance with national fire safety regulations.
- Coordinate routine fire drills and emergency simulation exercises for all onsite employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire safety, HSE, or emergency response, preferably in a chemical manufacturing or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian fire safety regulations and international safety standards (NFPA/OHSAS).
- Possess relevant certifications in Fire Safety (e.g., Ahli K3 Kebakaran certification is highly preferred).
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Physically fit and capable of performing site inspections in challenging industrial terrains.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
