YSQ International Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and passionate Flavour Compounder to join our manufacturing facility in Batam. In this role, you will be the bridge between sensory science and industrial production, playing a vital part in crafting high-quality flavour profiles that meet our global clients' standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately measure and blend flavour raw materials according to specific formulation requirements.
- Ensure all compounded batches meet sensory, chemical, and physical quality standards.
- Maintain precise documentation of batch records, inventory usage, and production logs.
- Collaborate with the flavourist team to troubleshoot and optimize production formulations.
- Strictly adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols within the laboratory and production area.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and report any quality discrepancies or shortages immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of laboratory equipment and compounding tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flavour compounding, food science, or a related chemical manufacturing role.
- Strong background in basic chemistry, formulation accuracy, and scale-up procedures.
- Excellent sensory perception and the ability to differentiate complex flavour profiles.
- Proficiency in using precision analytical balances and laboratory glassware.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time manufacturing environment with strict deadlines.
- Relevant educational background in Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.
