- Oversee daily operations of heavy equipment and transport vehicle fleet across multiple locations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize asset utilization
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement planning
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet performance, costs, and utilization metrics
- Optimize routing and logistics infrastructure for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in fleet management, preferably in heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio, Chevin)
- Experience developing infrastructure improvement plans
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or maintenance preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
