Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of fleet vehicles before deployment and upon return to the facility.
- Perform comprehensive checklist verification regarding engine condition, tire health, and exterior/interior cleanliness.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or mechanical issues immediately to the maintenance department.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, permits, and logbooks are present and updated accordingly.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) for vehicle handling are strictly followed.
- Maintain an accurate digital and physical database of all fleet inspection records.
- Support the logistics team in scheduling routine maintenance based on checklist findings to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or vehicle maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify mechanical or aesthetic vehicle issues quickly.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and digital checklist management.
- Disciplined, honest, and capable of working in a shift-based environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and management.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor or warehouse settings when required.
