J&T Cargo is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Fleet Cost Analyst to join our expanding team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our transportation strategy, ensuring that our fleet utilization is optimized and that we maintain a lean, efficient cost structure across our national operations.
As our Fleet Cost Analyst, you will dive deep into vehicle performance data, monitor fuel consumption, manage maintenance expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily vehicle utilization rates across the national fleet.
- Perform comprehensive cost-benefit analysis on fleet maintenance, fuel consumption, and vehicle depreciation.
- Develop and maintain internal dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation costs.
- Identify inefficiencies in route planning or asset allocation that lead to unnecessary operational expenses.
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance reviews for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the procurement and maintenance departments to negotiate better service contracts and vendor rates.
- Conduct periodic audits of fleet expenses to ensure compliance with company budget policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
