As a Fleet Driver Trainer, you will develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cover vehicle operation, safety protocols, defensive driving techniques, and compliance with transportation regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct comprehensive driver training programs for both classroom instruction and practical driving assessments
- Evaluate trainees' driving skills, knowledge of traffic regulations, and safety awareness
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, visual aids, and assessment tools
- Monitor and track trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Ensure all training programs comply with company standards and industry regulations
- Conduct periodic refresher training for existing drivers to maintain high safety standards
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve training methodologies and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in driver training or instruction is highly desirable
- Certification in driver training or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, vehicle operation, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to instruct effectively
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse trainees
- Valid driver's license with appropriate class for the vehicles in our fleet
- Ability to assess trainees objectively and provide constructive feedback
