This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our extensive fleet, which is the backbone of our temperature-controlled logistics network. As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for a diverse fleet of refrigerated trucks and logistics vehicles.
- Lead and manage daily workshop operations, ensuring all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of specialized refrigeration units to ensure the integrity of cold chain deliveries.
- Manage the workshop budget, including the procurement of spare parts, inventory management, and cost-control initiatives.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and technical staff to improve technical proficiency and safety compliance.
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify recurring issues and implement long-term technical solutions to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and environmental standards within the workshop.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics departments to optimize vehicle availability and minimize delivery disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in fleet maintenance management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, heavy vehicle systems, and industrial refrigeration technology.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale workshop operations and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in using Fleet Management Software (FMS) and data analysis tools for maintenance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local transportation regulations and safety certifications in Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet tight operational deadlines.
