Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and assign delivery orders to drivers based on priority and availability
- Monitor vehicle movements and track delivery progress in real-time
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
- Communicate with drivers to provide route instructions and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery operations and vehicle maintenance schedules
- Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance and delivery metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or dispatch operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in the Tangerang area
- Valid driver's license is preferred
