Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of modern tanker fleet vessels, including route planning and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety standards and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with vessel crews for optimal operational efficiency and safety protocols
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate with technical teams for vessel upkeep
- Develop and maintain relationships with port authorities and regulatory bodies
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tanker fleet management or maritime operations
- Valid maritime certifications (e.g., STCW, COC) and safety management training
- Strong understanding of IMO regulations and industry best practices
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
