ZHC Aladin International is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our transportation operations run efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
As our Fleet Supervisor, you will be the bridge between our operational needs and our Mandarin-speaking partners. You will oversee daily fleet movements, monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, and manage driver performance to ensure the highest standards of service. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including dispatching, route planning, and real-time monitoring of vehicle locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management regarding operational updates.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained according to the preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
- Manage and mentor a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company safety protocols and local traffic regulations.
- Monitor fuel consumption and operational costs to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, vehicle health, and delivery status.
- Resolve any operational issues or emergencies promptly to ensure minimal disruption to the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong command of Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, traffic safety regulations, and route optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and fleet management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of drivers.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
