Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor garment production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate between production teams, suppliers, and clients for seamless workflow
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays proactively
- Maintain detailed records of production progress and quality checkpoints
- Communicate production status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Collaborate with QC team to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Ensure all finished products meet specifications before shipment
- Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with garment industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in production tracking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of textile materials and manufacturing techniques
- Experience in inventory management and production planning beneficial
