Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive chemical and microbiological testing of food products to ensure quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement HACCP plans and food safety protocols for manufacturing processes
- Analyze raw materials and ingredients for compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
- Investigate quality deviations and troubleshoot production issues using scientific methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new food products and optimize existing formulations
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and quality control records
- Ensure compliance with FDA, BFAD, and other local/international food safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related scientific field
- Registered Chemist or Food Technologist license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control or laboratory testing
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and ISO standards
- Proficiency in analytical laboratory techniques and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced production environments
