Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain HACCP and GMP food safety protocols
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial documentation
- Conduct regular food safety audits and compliance checks
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports
- Coordinate internal and external food safety certifications
- Maintain accurate inventory and cost tracking systems
- Support cross-departmental operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Food Science, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
