We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join the technical team at PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS in Merauke, Papua Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical leader responsible for the comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair of John Deere agricultural equipment. You will ensure that our machinery operates at peak performance to support agricultural productivity and efficiency in the region.
As the Foreman, you will act as a bridge between management and the technical team, ensuring that all maintenance schedules are met and that equipment downtime is minimized. We are looking for a proactive individual who is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and team leadership.
Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily maintenance schedules for a fleet of John Deere agricultural machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of technicians and field workers to maintain high service standards.
- Conducting thorough inspections of equipment to diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations on site.
- Coordinating with parts suppliers to manage inventory and procure necessary components efficiently.
- Documenting maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment status updates for management review.
- Training junior staff on proper handling and maintenance techniques for heavy machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Technician in the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with John Deere agricultural equipment.
- Vocational training or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Machinery Maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Valid driving license (Category B) is required.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
