As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, mentoring our technical staff, and ensuring that all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily shop floor operations, ensuring all production targets are met.
- Coordinate tasks among technicians and assembly staff to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members during complex repairs or assemblies.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain and organize inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Enforce company health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and training sessions to foster team growth.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports for management regarding production output and project status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service center, assembly plant, or similar environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a technical or mechanical team.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Proficient in using modern automotive repair equipment and diagnostic software.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational degree (STM/D3/S1 Automotive preferred).
