Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with operational targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and workplace morale.
- Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the production floor.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports for management review.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all production documentation and administrative records are maintained accurately and updated on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Foreman or Supervisor, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production management processes and industrial safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Malili, Sulawesi Selatan.
