Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking an experienced Foreman Production to lead our manufacturing operations in Tangerang. As a key leader in our production team, you will oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensure operational efficiency, and drive team performance to meet production targets. This role requires a hands-on approach to implementing and maintaining stringent quality standards including 5S, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise in manufacturing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and target achievement
- Lead and mentor production teams, providing clear guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce production costs
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in production supervision/foremanship role
- Certification in HACCP, GMP, or food safety management preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control
