We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Foreman Utility to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all corporate utility systems. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, manage daily operations, and ensure that electrical, mechanical, and general utility infrastructure meets strict safety and operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of all utility systems, including electrical, water, and gas infrastructure.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure full compliance with Indonesian safety regulations (KKM) and company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of utility technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for urgent repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate external contractors when necessary to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and cost management.
- Ensure all utility installations comply with local building codes and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Foreman or Supervisory role within the utility or energy sector.
- Valid KKM (Kartu Keluarga Merdeka) or relevant work permits.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general utility system operations and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and technical tools.
