Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Analyze warehouse data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems
- Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation and storage
- Generate reports on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Leadership experience with ability to manage and develop teams
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
