Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to translate instructions and coordinate tasks between local staff and management.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift machinery to ensure operational safety.
- Manage inventory movement and ensure accurate stacking and storage of goods in designated areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of material handling activities.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required by operational demands.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Forklift Driver in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Forklift.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and industrial procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict production schedules.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work under contract and adapt to shifting operational needs.
