Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the availability of raw materials according to the daily production plan.
- Perform accurate loading, unloading, and staging of materials using a forklift.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Monitor storage areas for cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with company standards.
- Report any material discrepancies or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Forklift License (SIO - Surat Izin Operasional) in good standing.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing or logistics environment (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify damaged or incorrect materials.
- Proficient in inventory management systems or basic data entry.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the Cikarang industrial area.
