Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
- Load/unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain forklifts daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow inventory management procedures and update stock records
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety regulations
- Assist with warehouse organization and space optimization
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification (SILAKES or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures
- Ability to read and interpret inventory documents and blueprints
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
