PT WANHE GARMENT INDONESIA is currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Boyolali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods to meet our high-volume production demands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of operational safety, precision in stacking, and a commitment to maintaining warehouse efficiency. You will be working in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment, where your ability to handle equipment safely and effectively directly contributes to our overall production success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklift equipment safely to transport raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and care to prevent product damage.
- Stack and organize goods in designated warehouse locations according to inventory guidelines.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including scanning, labeling, and inventory count verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S and company safety standards.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and production staff to ensure timely workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Forklift in good standing.
- Proven experience operating forklifts (reach truck or counterbalance) in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA-standard compliance.
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in shifts as per production requirements in Boyolali.
