Suparma is currently looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely.

As part of our team, you will utilize specialized equipment, including clamplifts, to manage inventory and support our production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and clamplifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe, working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and documentation during loading and unloading processes.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the routine maintenance and cleaning of forklift equipment as directed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK Sederajat (High School Diploma) in any major.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar forklift operating role.
- Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) or equivalent forklift operator certification.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking is preferred.
