We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator (Tally) to join our dynamic logistics team at Transcon Indonesia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse facility, ensuring seamless inbound-outbound operations. You will manage stock inventory with precision, organize storage areas for optimal space utilization, and operate forklifts and reach trucks to handle diverse material handling tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented professional committed to maintaining safety standards while supporting our manufacturing and supply chain operations in Medan.
Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks for loading/unloading and material transport
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes with accuracy
- Conduct regular stock inventory counts and maintain documentation
- Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and accessibility
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize operational workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proficiency in tally procedures and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
