Tanggung Jawab
- Perform efficient and accurate packing of goods for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.
- Label packages correctly and attach shipping documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and task priorities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems (optional but preferred).
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage.
