- Analyze and interpret freight forwarding data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with logistics teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast demand, optimize routes, and improve resource allocation
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Assist in implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across logistics systems and reporting tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Knowledge of logistics operations, freight forwarding processes, and supply chain metrics
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
