Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for freight forwarding operations to achieve organizational targets.
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise department personnel to foster a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and international agents.
- Oversee customs clearance procedures, ensuring all cargo movements strictly adhere to local and international import/export laws.
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management regarding departmental achievements and resource requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures in Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex supply chain challenges under pressure.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of managing third-party logistics relationships.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
