Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business and retain existing high-value clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the freight forwarding industry to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasting to management.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with C-level stakeholders and logistics managers.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in international trade regulations, customs clearance, and multi-modal freight solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of international freight operations (Sea/Air) and local Indonesian logistics market dynamics.
- Proven track record of managing a successful sales team and exceeding revenue KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Must be highly results-oriented, a self-starter, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
