Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations across multiple transport modes
- Prepare and process international shipping documentation (B/L, customs forms, certificates)
- Liaise with carriers, customs authorities, and clients to ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize routing and cost-efficiency for global shipments
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time using logistics management systems
- Resolve customs clearance issues and transportation delays proactively
- Maintain accurate shipment records and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Proficiency in customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving skills for complex shipment scenarios
- Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade preferred
