Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end export and import operational activities to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and stakeholders to streamline forwarding processes.
- Supervise the documentation process, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring zero-error compliance.
- Monitor daily operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the operational team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Handle complex logistical issues or shipment discrepancies, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Analyze logistics data to provide reports on performance metrics and cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, export-import operations, or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms, and international trade laws.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments and prioritize multiple shipments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Logistics Management Software (TMS).
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
