Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse operations team to ensure peak performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems for fresh goods, minimizing waste and maximizing shelf-life
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics including inbound/outbound shipments, cold chain management, and last-mile delivery
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs including order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery accuracy
- Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesian communication between international suppliers and local stakeholders
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and seasonal demand fluctuations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with perishable goods
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in Indonesian/English
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and inventory optimization techniques
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret supply chain metrics and data
