Tanggung Jawab
- Rotate through core departments including Operations, Customer Success, and Logistics Management to gain a holistic view of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Analyze operational and financial data to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Manage and deliver key projects under the mentorship of senior leadership.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Participate in intensive training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or young professionals with less than 1 year of work experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Minimum GPA of 3.20 out of 4.00.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional command of English.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Jakarta Selatan office full-time.
