Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational activities within the logistics and supply chain departments.
- Act as a primary communication bridge between local teams and international stakeholders using Mandarin and English.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents and logistics reports.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors to resolve queries promptly.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily logistics workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience or internship completion are also welcome.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate cross-cultural working environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
