Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front of house operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and train front of house staff on service standards and procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and back of house teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front of house supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
