Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily front office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and information management.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the reception and patient service staff to ensure high standards of professionalism and service quality.
  • Monitor patient flow and minimize wait times through efficient process management and communication.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and resolution-oriented communication.
  • Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, data privacy regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and inter-departmental cooperation.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and digital records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office management or customer service leadership, preferably within a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High emotional intelligence, patience, and professional demeanor under high-pressure environments.
  • Solid understanding of patient safety protocols and medical service standards.
